Hi all,

I would like to compare four samples simultaneously so as to avoid issues regarding multiple statistical testing if I were to run each head-to-head comparison independently. Is the current version of MAJIQ/Voila compatible with multiple sample comparisons? I found a post back in 2018 that mentioned multiple sample testing was anticipated to be coming soon, but I am unsure if this has been implemented yet. If not, any advice on how to intersect output from multiple head-to-head comparisons would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your time and help-

Kyle

Hi Kyle,

I believe that the post you are referring to references the "majiq heterogen" mode, though I could be mistaken. Please check out this documentation to get an overview of what I believe is a similar use case, and be sure to install at least majiq version2.3 to make use of the functionality: https://biociphers.bitbucket.io/majiq-docs-academic/gallery/heterogen-vignette.html

Thanks!
