MAJIQ install error

Hi, 

I am running the following 3 lines of code to install MAJIQ on Mac and am getting the subsequent error that I have attached as a screenshot here:

#Install code

$ python3 -m venv env
$ source env/bin/activate
$ pip install git+https://bitbucket.org/biociphers/majiq_academic.git

Could anyone advise me how to troubleshoot the error ".../meson.build:84:0: ERROR: Compiler gfortran cannot compile programs"?
