Majiq V2 no bitbucket repo

Hi San and Biociphers community, 

I wanted to download MAJIQ v2 using the suggested bitbucket link:
https://bitbucket.org/biociphers/majiq_aca...@v2.5.11

However, it seems that this repo no longer exists.
What is the current location or recommended way to download v2?

I was able to download v3, but I’d like to use v2 for a project so I can compare results with MAJIQlopedia, since the paper used Majiq v2.2. Also, is there an example of output data for MAJIQ v3 (e.g., for the workshop dataset)? I was only able to find example of outputdata for v2.

Hi Alex,

As in the instructions, that link is meant to be input when running pip. It is not a url but rather a special link parsed pip that will download the repository at the specified version tag for version 2.5.11. Please try to run it with pip as per the instructions and let me know if you run into any errors.

Hi San,

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I had actually tried that earlier but encountered the error 'Failed building wheel for rna-majiq'. So I thought I’d try solving it using the original repository instead. However, I tried again and found the solution in one of the previous conversations from 2022. Sorry, I should have checked that first!
