Hi guys,
I encountered a bug in the TSV-File of alt3prime events.
For events located on the minus strand and represented from the target exon perspective (:t: in lsv_id) the reference_exon_coord and spliced_with_coord are most of the time identical and the start position is greater than the end position. This is not the case for events on the plus strand or those located on the minus strand and represented by a source exon perspective (:s: in lsv_id). The problem does not occur for alt5prime events.
Luckily most of the time events are reporeted from the source exon perspective so the bug does not often occur (150 out of 2500 events).
I attached a screenshot with some examples (limited to necessary columns).
