Hi, All

I tried to install MAJIQ on CentOS7  with the command "pip install git+https://bitbucket.org/biociphers/majiq_academic.git". 

However, it failed with the error.

I have attached a log file to this email. Could you please review it and provide guidance on how to address the issue?

Hi Sota,

Can you begin by creating a venv with the supported python version 3.10 and installing with pip after that? If you receive similar errors I would also recommend using a standard python virtual environment instead of conda, as this will make the source of the error easier to debug. Please let me know if you are able to try either of these methods.
