No de novo column

Hello,

I had run the build and majiq steps for the first time with essentially the default settings: 

$ majiq build -o /path/to/build/output/dir -c /path/to/config.ini

$ majiq deltapsi -o /path/to/deltapsi/output/dir -grp1 /path/to/sample/sample1.star.majiq /path/to/sample/sample2.star.majiq -grp2 /path/to/sample/sample1.star.majiq /path/to/sample/sample2.star.majiq

However, in the deltapsi tsv files I do not have a column indicating whether the junction is de novo or not. Does that mean none were detected?

Hello,

I believe on the truncated dpsi tsv files output by majiq, there is no information about denovo in general. I would recommend running $ voila tsv  ; with arguments to your splicegraph and deltapsi.voila file, which will make a more comprehensive TSV with the denovo column.
