Hello, I recently studied A3SS, A5SS, and A5/A3 events and found that the variable ends would exceed the exon boundary. Does this mean that they would introduce intron sequences?
There are also exon skipping events. The LVS_ID is the same, that is, the area of the box is the same, but there may be 4 enent_ids. The difference is that the coordinates of the skipped exon A in the middle may differ by bases, or C1/C2 may differ by bases. Are they the same event? Do they all skip the middle exon?

Hello,
In order to better understand your question, could you post a screenshot of the voila view and/or tsv output of the event(s) you are referring to? It's a little difficult to know based on guessing.
