Hi,
I try to run "voila tsv $i ../build/splicegraph.sql -f ./${a}.tsv -j 20" and get a tsv output, I noticed that there's a value in columns "probability_non_changing" is "9.996e-01;8.348e-05;8.311e-05", which makes me quite confused, 9.996e-01 doesn't seems to meet the threshold.(By default, p-value should be less than 0.05?)
Does it means that in a lsv, not all the junctions needs to less than 0.05?
Look forward to your reply and wish you have a good day.

Thanks,
Kerr

Hi Kerr,

I am not sure exactly which filter you were referring to. Can you first clarify whether you are using deltapsi mode or heterogen mode?

Thanks.

sorry that I didn‘t clarify my problem, I'm using deltapsi mode by default parameters.

Hi Kerr,

I'm sorry, I opened this question and then it was marked read for too long.

Anyway, I don't believe there is a default non-changing filter for voila tsv mode with deltapsi runs. There is only a changing filter. In general, the LSV's found during the build are not quantified/filtered at the build stage, they are only quantified when running majiq deltapsi. Was there a certain setting you were trying to change to filter out certain p-values on voila-side?

Thanks.
