Hi!

I am trying to run the deltapsi command on some majiq files, but I get an error massage. All the bam files seem OK, and I can run PSI analyses fine.

Any suggestions?

Hi Torstein,

This is usually caused when some of the majiq files are from different builds. Please build all bam's or sj's together in one build so that the lsvs are a consensus first if you have not done so, this should resolve the issue.
