Hello, I'd like to ask about the following code I'm using to output various event tables. However, I've noticed that it now requires significantly more events than before, and it keeps running without producing any results. Could you please tell me what might be causing this issue? I'm using MAJIQ version 2.5.0.

voila modulize -d heterogen/a1_p/output/ splicegraph.sql heterogen/a1_p/a1_p-GTEX.het.voila --decomplexifyc-psi-threshold 0 --show-all --show-per-sample-psi -j 5 --changing-between-group-dpsi 0.1

Hello, it's difficult to tell from this screenshot alone, it looks like you are interrupting the process before it's done. You can check if it's still running if you see the process is still using a high amount of CPU. The reason that it may take a while on a specific gene is if there is a very complex splicegraph there, which may be caused by the "decomplexify psi threshold 0" that you put. However, it will complete if left for some time. Please check if it's still running in a software like $ top before ending the process.
