Difficulty in Posting our prediction public in the EvalAi platform

Good day Team, Please we are still finding it difficult to summit our first predictions using the EvaLAi platform. Please can anyone help with the easier steps.

Here are some steps to make sure you have followed:

1) You have an EvalAI account and team (matching with your registration team name).

2) Go to the competition page on evalAI: https://eval.ai/web/challenges/challenge-page/2376/submission

3) Click on the "Submit" tab if you are not already on it.

4) Scroll to the bottom of the page.

5) Select the phase (there is only one option but you must select it).

6) Select "Upload file"

7) Select "Public"

8) click on the "Upload file" button.

9) Select you submission file and click "Open"

10) Click the "Submit" button.

Once you have successfully submitted, you can go to the "My Submissions" tab to see if your submission was processed correctly, and the "Leaderboard" tab to see how your submission ranks.  If you were able to submit but the submission says "Failed" under the "My Submissions" tab then you should carefully check that you are using the full submission template with no modification except your predicted values and that none of your predicted values are missing.
