Dear Mitra's and Maitreyi's,

We must create another bigger whatsapp group in this case. There are many issues we need to discuss internally which might get misconstrued by Sevaks.

Secondly all meetings should be shared through minutes. Meetings at the centre must be attended on Skype for complete discussions in all respects. We are wasting technology utilisation.

One more suggestion:

Dear Rahul, along with the detailed msgs that u make for what's app for any event please also make a shorter one for sms.. Many of our sevaks are not on whatsapp.. I also wish to convey that some sevaks like Naliniji, neelamji, sarojji, kusumji, etc do not access mails.. Or whats app.

Please please find an alternate method to correspond with them.. SMS is best.

I second Chetanji on creation of bigger whatsapp group which includes all sewaks and the new sewaks which will keep us joining later.

Will do the same. Hope all agree on this.

On technological aspect, we are not sure how many of us actually use skype for meetings. However, we should upgrade ourselves to make apt use of this communication medium.

Let those who are unable to attend be part of the meeting and participate on Skype. Those who can't Will have to make do with minutes.

It's important to open Skype on a laptop or mobile smartphone at the centre. Responsiblity of any attendee who carries a laptop or smartphone.
