MESSAGE FROM TEAM AGNI FOR UPCOMING EVENT.

Dear All

MaitriBodh Parivaar is happy to announce its upcoming event 'Prem Utsav' for the Banjara tribe residing on a patch of land on Sohna road to share some moments of joy with their families and children.

Time- 10.00 AM- 12.00 PM
Venue- Banjara basti,Sohna Road
Date- 16/2/14 ( Sunday )

We would be distributing the following items to 30 families and 40 children residing there-

For Children- Food items for
Snack box
A) Cake
B) Chips
C) Frooti/juice
D) Namakpara
E) Biscuit packet

For each family- dry ration
A) Rice- 1 kg
B) Moong Dal- 1 kg

We will be spending time with children by teaching and making them do role plays having a moral/ learning.

You are welcome to contribute in cash/kind( items listed) towards the event.
We would appreciate a confirmation on your contribution by 9/2/14

This is with reference to your e-mail regarding the upcoming Prem Utsav for the Banjara Tribe. Whilst, I may not be able to participate personally, however I am keen to contribute in any way I can.

I, therefore, request you to suggest would be an ideal contribution in terms of food items / Ration etc.
