On the 30th of June and 1st of July (Monday and Tuesday), there is an exhibition in Ghaziabad. The organizers have kindly agreed to provide a stall for our mission as well. A large number of affluent crowd is expected and might be a very good opportunity for a fundraiser.
Request all to kindly check if it will be possible to man the stall over the mentioned dates. Maybe, we can manage the stalls in different shifts. The timings are from 10am to 5pm.
This is a really wonderful opportunity to raise funds for the mission and we should certainly make the best of it.
