According to court documents, filed in late November in Marion County, 24-year-old Samuel Weekly was charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography, a Level 5 felony, in relation to multiple files that Weekly reportedly had between April 1 and Nov. 21.
St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office investigators said that, so far, they've uncovered at least 168 images of child pornography on Walton's digital devices, with the suspect appearing to have sex with children in some of those files.
Brian Harris, 28, of Bristol, Pennsylvania, is charged with multiple counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of an unconscious person, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault of an unconscious person, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, knowingly photographing or filming a child sex act, dissemination of child pornography, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.
Harris was charged that day with dissemination of child pornography, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility. He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.
Among those arrested was a Florida state prison corrections officer whose electronic devices were found with inappropriate images of minors as young as six months old. He was charged with 26 counts of enhanced possession of child pornography and another related charge for promoting child pornography.
The sheriff said another suspect, found with approximately 1,000 videos and images of children as young as two years old being sexually battered, told detectives that he had looked at thousands of child pornography files. He said the man confessed to sexually abusing three girls between the ages of five and eight years old with the help of another suspect.
HSI Washington received information from HSI Toronto that Collins was arrested by the Canadian Border Services Agency for importing and possessing child pornography files on a handheld video camera and a laptop. The videos allegedly show Collins engaging in sexual activity with an underage girl.

If you wait until adolescence (around 12 years of age) your child will already be drifting away from you, looking to peers and other adults for answers. I encourage parents to practice reflective listening when talking with kids. This is a communication strategy where the listener summarizes and repeats back what they heard the speaker say. Reflective listening often starts with phrases like this:

Merrick, 64, of 858 Route 446, Smethport, is charged with 570 counts of child pornography-involving indecent contact, second-degree felonies; 316 counts of child pornography-involving nudity, third-degree felonies; and one count of criminal use of a communications facility, a third-degree felony.
On Jan. 9, Trooper Robert Whyel with the state police computer crimes unit served a search warrant for the content on the Verizon Cloud account for that phone number. The results included 178 additional images of child pornography involving indecent contact and 139 involving nudity. Using a child to produce a visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct is punishable by up to 30 years in federal prison with a 15-year mandatory minimum sentence. Distributing and possessing child pornography are punishable by up to 20 years in prison with a 5-year mandatory minimum sentence.
