Hello everyone!

I new to this group and just wanted to say that I am on day 10 of the
detox and am feeling GREAT! Everything is going well and I lost 2
additional pounds after the colonics. I am scheduled for my second
one tomorrow and am very excited about it. This thing really works
even though at times (mainly around dinner time with my family) I am
almost tempted to taste something. I have to admit that I am a little
scared to go back to eating. I've been reading the maintenance plan
but am a little confused as to when to incorporate the protein shake
on day 1.

Well, I think I've said enough for now.

Hi Nana...Great Job!!! Sounds like you have everyting under control
and feeling wonderful:) At the bottom of this sight click on the six
basic food groups/concepts then after that comes up the right side of
the page has an index, click on the ending detox or maintenance...this

I did the protein shake for breakfast (and actually I still do!)
Don't be scared to go back to eating. Be excited! Because now that you
feel great you'll make better choices as to what you put into your
body. I changed all of my eating habits and am now vegetarian (since
the completion of my first round of 21 back in July). Expect to gain
back a few pounds but that doesn't have to be the case if you exercise
daily.
Way to go!

Thanks! I hate to sound like a Clux...but I have looked at ending the
detox even though I have about 10 more days to go...and I 'm still
confused about what to do. Do I continue with the daily schedule I
followed during the detox (i,e. green drink, vegetable juice) and add
the additional items (i.e. protein drink, vegetable salad) in addition
to them or in place of them? I get the part about continuing the
supplements (i.e. digestive enzymes, herbal cleansers,etc..)

First I'd like to offer my encouragement to finish the cleanse. Having
completed it twice it would truly be a shame to not "make yourself
proud". If you must end it, follow the guidelines laid out in the
book. Adding food back slowly!!!! You'll be sorry if not. To answer
your question, you are ADDING not REPLACING.

Thanks, I have come too far to turn back now. My intentions are to
finish the 21day Detox followed by the maintenance.
I just wasn't clear on if I was to add the additional items or replace
them with. Your response clears that up for me. Thanks again!!!
