Are you suppose to drink the anti-oxident in 8oz water, then drink
another 8oz water?
Same for the green drink, do you mix it into 8oz of water and then
drink another cup of 8oz water?
Don't want to drink to much water but did notice we eat nothing so
maybe we do drink plain water each time. Just wanted to check.
