Another 21 down and under my belt

Hi everyone it's me, the NUTTER!

I just finished another 21 (first one was July 17-Aug 6th) and today
is day 1 of maintenance.

I feel fantastic! January flew by...forget about the January Blahs...I
skipped it.

I didn't need to lose another 21 lbs, I just wanted to feel cleaner. I
have another full on 21 scheduled to begin May! 3 x per year is more
than the average bear can handle I'd say...but then again I'm a bit
whacky!

So CHEERS to me & to you and to GREAT HEALTH!
