I am quite amazed at how hungry I don't feel. I do miss food terribly
though and I can't wait to start eating again, only this time I will
be aware of what I ingest.
I have lost 18 lbs. however for the last 5 days I have not lost a
pound, I must be at some kind of plateau. I am looking forward to the
results of my last colonic, apparently I had amazing results the last
time, lots and very black.
