Can someone tell me if I should continue taking the inner cleanse
formula while coming off the detox--and while on maintenance. The
wording in the book is confusing==it says to continue "supplements"
but that sometimes referred just to the drinks?

Thanks for helping!
PS--I did the complete detox and feel great, lost 15 lbs and all my
aches and pain!!!

Congrats on completing! The aches and pains gone...that's because your
body's PH/Alkaline is in check. :)
Stop the inner cleanse. Keep up with the antioxidants: Berry/Greens
(even when not detoxing) & with the enzymes. Be very careful with what
you consume and quantities, it will take your body some time to adjust
to food again. If you really want continued success, don't go back to
your old ways (if you had any) and start an exercise program to keep
the pounds away.

All the best.

I've never used this email group before so I don't know if my email reaches everyone or not. Seems like it does.

First of all, I want to congratulate everyone who has succeeded in doing this excellent program. I've been in the healing arts field for over 30 years.

As for me, I bought everything I needed in the early summer but had a terrible time easing into it; my life is so unstable. Still, my inability to follow through has surprised me because I've fasted several times over the years, up to 5 days. Each time, I stopped at day 5 because of my enjoyment (the shear sensual pleasure) of eating yummy food. It's strange because I'm not even a compulsive eater. I'm reasonably thin and everyone comments on how little I eat. And most of what I eat is pretty healthy. I'm baffled and don't have a clue where to go from here.

Any moral support anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. I haven't been able to find anyone nearby to do the diet with me.

Hi Cheyenne,

Well it's personal choice hun, no one can provide you with the will
power that comes from within. All I can say is this journey that began
for me July 17, 2007 has changed my outlook on my health, lifestyle
and overall well being - forever. Join the other google group (I will
post the link) and get on board. I personally know of at least 2
people that are starting the 21 day process on MONDAY and you can all
hold hands together. There's strength in numbers. And aside from that,
I'm on day 8 of 21 finishing my 4th cleanse on October 19th, I'm on-
line daily should you have any questions, concerns or need to vent.
It's in your hands, it's up to you....what is the price on your health
and growth? It's not a diet, it's a cleanse and can be very spiritual
aside from everything else.

What do you say? Are you up for the challenge? I've found that once
you get past day 5 it becomes a mission to do the rest of the 21.
Enlightening one might say and definitely an accomplishment. Make
yourself proud!

Best to you either way,

Sara
