SBAS mt_prep 0.6

Dear all,
I skipped both azimuth and range filtering in make_small_baseline because range filtering error happen.
When I run mt_prep 0.6 in SMALL_BASELINES, error happen like below. In addtion, figure below is what I get in plot_all_ifgs. I am using TerraSAR-X. Can anyone help? Thank you.
