Dear hooper teams,

After run step_5, the number of  PS points were abnormal .
After step_4, every patch has more than 30000 PS. (In particular, In patch_5 it contained 201718 pixels)  ,but after run step_5 it  had only 16879 points,

I think there must be a wrong result here. I have run all the steps two times, the result is still only 16879.

PS:          I  divided 20 patches, every patch has 2000*3000 pixels the overlap region  at range and azimuth  is 50 pixels and 200 pixels

Hi Li Yinghui,

Off the top of my head two reasons I can think of that might cause
this:
- The patch.list file does not contain all patches.
- The pixels were resampled during merging (by setting
merge_resample_size to something other than 0)

How does it look when you plot? Are the low number of points spread
over the entire (cropped) scene, or limited to for example 1 or very
few patches.

Cheers,
Karsten

Hi Karsten,
My patch.list containes all the patches, and the parameters in merging patches like this:
   PARM: merge_resample_size=100
   PARM: merge_standard_dev=Inf

PS:  my processing record from step1-5 is in my attachment
