Oversampled InSAR dataset and m_timing - Doris fix

Hi all,

This email considers who are having trouble running m_timing step with oversampled SLC stack with Doris version 4.02 for StaMPS.

There is a bug in Doris 4.02 that does not allow correct extraction parameters from Doris .res file during m_timing step when oversampled SLC dataset is used. Please switch to Doris4.04beta4 which has already the fix.
