Error using sb_invert_uw (line 72)
There are isolated subsets (cannot be inverted w.r.t. master)

Could anyone help with it?

Thanks in advance,

Dear Arc,
I think you should relaunch sb_find step and set its parameters in appropriate way in order to exclude isolated subsets.
Try to set higher normal baseline limit and also reduce Rho parameter value, thus you can increase number of connections.
Best regards,
Anton Filatov.

Hi Melon,

You can go back to INSAR_masterdate and run "plot_sb_baselines" to check if you only have only one subset.
If not, edit the small_baselines.list to add more connections.
Then after redo the make_small_baselines, everything should be fine.

Arc

Hi, Arc,
The connections is plotted above. I wonder if there is any thing wrong.

Hi Melon,

You have 6 subsets now.
You have to make at least 5 more connections by editing the small_baselines.list to make it only 1 subset.
i.e. every 2 points are connected.

Hi Arc,

     Thanks for your instructions~
So, I need to redo all the following commands not only the make_small_baselines? Because I tried stamps(6) but it still didn't work.

Yours regards,
Melon

Hi Melon,

After you recheck the connection diagram and everthing looks good.
Yes, I guess you have to redo all of the command after make_small_baselines.

Hi Arc,
    Thanks very much.
And I will try it again~
By the way, it really a huge cost of time and I am going to mad!
Yours regards,
Melon
