Dear researchers ,

I would be grateful if some one explain to me what does the first line and the second line of the mean_v matrix provided with StaMPS refers to .

to MAINSAR

m(1,:) is the master_APS + mean deviation from the model.

m(2,:) is the mean velocity in radians per day.
