Calculate timestamp difference

Hi All, 

My current timestamp is in the format HH:MIN:SEC:MICSECS e.g., 02.04.29.716592

I want to subtract 30 mins from the current timestamp. Can you advise how to do this in cobol coding.

I have got the answer for the above approach. just called the date time routines, it workd out.
