• Excellent written/verbal communication skills

• QC/Test process knowledge. 

HIGHLY DESIRED:
• Has worked within an Agile development environment before, and has working knowledge of SCRUM.
• Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions, e.g. application development, service management. 
• Ability to extract key business requirements along with strong negotiation and influencing skills. 
• Proven critical thinking ability; can understand all the available information, tie it all together, and speak to it clearly and concisely. 
• Business Process Improvement and high quality mindset with a background in automation.
• Vendor Management experience
• Software development experience that involved writing software requirements, design specifications, coding in structured programming languages (C/C++, Java, Perl, etc), and design and documentation of system test plans. 
• experience with object-oriented analysis, design, and programming required. 
• experience with Oracle 9 or greater with excellent SQL Plus skills required. 
• At least 7 years’ experience in the use of a software configuration management system, such as CVS, required. 
• Experienced with multiple OSs; At least 4 years’ experience utilizing Unix and 2 years’ experience utilizing Windows.
• At least 1 year experience with various text messaging and voice protocols. 
• At least 4 years’ experience designing and developing web-based applications, utilizing JSP, ASP.NET C#, ASP VBScript, ASP JavaScript, PHP or other technologies required. 
• Desire to learn and become an expert in a 3rd party software platform that is built on Java.
