Position Title: Informatica developer

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6 Months

 

Required:

·        Hands on experience in developing and implementing Informatica mappings to implement business rules on source transactional data using Power Center Mapping Design 

·        Skilled in Data warehousing implementations with knowledge of the following 

·        Data Modeling 

·        Data Cleansing 

·        ETL Development 

·        OLAP Design 

·        Error handling and recovery 

·        Experience in designing and developing mappings transformations which handle a large volume of data via 

·         Threaded approach 

·        Data partitioning using a key based approach 

·        Experience in determining which portions of the data manipulation is desirable within Informatica Vs. processes which are delegated to the RDBMS via Push Down Optimization 

·        Flat file handling 

·         Job Scheduling and Maintenance 

·        Oracle PL/SQL 

·        Exposure to OBIEE
