I would like to be able to reset a status column in a particular group say on the first of every month or every monday, etc. So if we have Monthly/Weekly tasks on an SOP board, they can reset automatically from Done to Blank.

Would the combination of archiving done tasks and using the automation to create new tasks on a recurring basis work for you? I think it achieves the same thing. Or are you not wanting to lose the updates section when you create new pulses?

I had a very similar discussion with Monday support via email a couple of weeks ago. I was hoping we could set recurring tasks much like recurring tasks in Outlook: set once, set to repeat weekly/monthly. Every week/month, that same task then appears on the board with a reset status and updated due date.

Is there a way to send a password reset link for other members in a support portal account? I have a Domain Admin/Super User account that has not logged in for a long time. When the user attempts to request a password reset themselves they get a "Password reset is not allowed in the user's current status".

I also see that error you are obtaining and have asked our support team. If you could please open a ticket for this our SSO team will be able to unlock the account. Sorry for not answering that part of the question to start.

@mgordon Thanks, yeah I am Super User/Domain Admin myself and could not find any way to manage other users in my organization in the support portal, just reset my own. The only options shown for other users are: Edit User and Delete User. Unsure at this point if it is a problem because the user hasn't logged in in a long time, the user never activated their account (possible, it's an old account, though it does show an activation date), or if something happened during the MFA changes. It's not an emergency at this point, just trying to figure out how to correct. I will open a support ticket and see if it can get resolved there.

Hello @ithermos , I was able to resolve the issue, but not from there. I had to open a support ticket from the Customer Support Portal at . Palo Alto support then reset the user's account and resent the password reset email. As a super user on the company account I was not able to do it myself. If you are trying to reset your own account the -assistance link would probably work.

Deleting all your responses should work and should also reset the stats under summary tab.

In the Results tab, under response, pick the responses you want to delete or select them all and then click the delete button

I wanted to reach out and chat about a little issue I've been having. So, when I'm creating quizzes on your platform, I can see the test results, which has led to me getting a bunch of bogus data that's messing with my actual results.

I saw that another user had a similar problem, and they were advised to duplicate their form to avoid showing any results. But honestly, that doesn't seem like the best solution to me, as it doesn't really solve the root problem.

The goal of a reset stylesheet is to reduce browser inconsistencies in things like default line heights, margins and font sizes of headings, and so on. The general reasoning behind this was discussed in a May 2007 post, if you're interested. Reset styles quite often appear in CSS frameworks, and the original "meyerweb reset" found its way into Blueprint, among others.

The reset styles given here are intentionally very generic. There isn't any default color or background set for the body element, for example. I don't particularly recommend that you just use this in its unaltered state in your own projects. It should be tweaked, edited, extended, and otherwise tuned to match your specific reset baseline. Fill in your preferred colors for the page, links, and so on.

If you want to use my reset styles, then feel free! It's all explicitly in the public domain (I have to formally say that or else people ask me about licensing). You can grab a copy of the file to use and tweak as fits you best. If you're more of the copy-and-paste type, or just want an in-page preview of what you'll be getting, here it is.

Having the default properties as mandatory properties in each user's contact/company/deals view is great... but after 6 years of this Hubspot instance... I really want admin rights to reset all my users' views to the (new) defaults.

I think this feature would be very helpful! When users first start out with HubSpot, many are not aware that the individual settings override portal-wide settings, so once they start playing around with it, administrators are then no longer able to control what the users see.

@catan I believe what we're all asking for an admin reset button that resets the view for every user on Hubspot. The button you have referenced only seems to change it for the user that is selecting it.

I can understand that some users would not appreciate if you changed their custom view from an admin perspective. But let's say that you as an admin changes the default view, then all users using the default view will get the update and users with a custom view could get a notification to update if they like?

Would love for there to be a 'Reset All Contact/Company Properties' button. As mentioned above, when I'm adding/changing properties it's far too time-consuming to go through thousands of records and update them.

Blocker for us too, even if we ask sales reps to update this for themselves, they forget. So we need a possibility for an admin to go an overwrite this, either as proposed above (so those with custom views could get a notification) or just a hard update for all users nevertheless. The minimum there should be a small popup for all users in any cases we update the default views which could say "your admin updated the default view, would you like to update yours to mirrir that" or something similar.

Please let us know if you have anything coming up to help with this.

I recently purchased a WD Drive external harddrive for my computer because it is on the verge of crashing. I plugged in the drive and it automatically prompt me to upload my files to dropbox. I have no problem with that because I already had an account, I expanded it as well to make sure I had room for all my files. My question is, since my computer is on the verge of crashing, once I load all my files over to dropbox and reset my computer or eventually purchase a new one, will all the files be deleted from my dropbox or will they remain on there as I need them?

Hi everyone! I'm reaching out for a bit of help after finding myself in a sticky situation. I've somehow managed to forget my Windows 10 login password, and I'm currently locked out of my computer. I'm kicking myself for not setting up a password reset disk or linking my Microsoft account for an easy recovery. I know there are various tools and methods out there for resetting or recovering Windows passwords, but I'm a bit lost when it comes to choosing the safest and most effective one. Does anyone have recommendations for reliable Windows 10 password recovery or reset tools? I'm looking for something that can help me regain access without risking any data loss or compromising my system's security. Any guidance or advice would be hugely appreciated!

[Update] - Thanks to a fantastic recommendation from Christopherly_1320, I used the iSeePassword Windows Password Recovery tool to reset my forgotten Windows 10 login password. The process was straightforward and, importantly, didn't lead to any data loss or security issues for my system. I'm back in my computer now, all thanks to this great advice!

There are a couple of tools and methods that have a solid reputation for being safe and effective when it comes to recovering or resetting a Windows 10 password. Here I recommend 3 free Windows 10 passowrd recovery /reset tools.

Ophcrack: This is a free tool that can recover your password by using what's known as rainbow tables. It's pretty effective, especially if your password isn't incredibly complex. The interface is user-friendly, and there are plenty of guides out there on how to use it.

Offline NT Password & Registry Editor: Despite its mouthful of a name, this tool is a powerhouse for resetting your password. It's not as user-friendly as some other options since it's text-based, but it's very effective. It basically removes the password without needing to know it, allowing you to set a new one upon next login.

Windows Password Recovery Pro: This one isn't free, but it's highly recommended for its ease of use and effectiveness. It can reset lost or forgotten local account passwords on Windows 10 and other versions. It's a bit more user-friendly compared to the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor and supports a wider range of Windows versions.

Each tool has its pros and cons, so you might want to read up a bit more on them before deciding which one to use. And remember, while there's always a risk when using third-party tools, sticking to well-reviewed and widely used options minimizes that risk significantly.

A Windows 10 password recovery tool is a utility that allows you to reset or recover the login password for a Windows 10 computer, in case you forget it. There are several methods to create such a tool or use existing solutions to reset your password. Here are some common approaches:

1. Windows 10 Password Reset Disk
Before you forget your password, Windows 10 allows you to create a password reset disk which can be used to reset your password. It's a proactive measure. To create one, you'll need a USB flash drive. Here's how to create it:
