Ocean Acidification: Insight for Policy and Integrated Management

Greetings OA friends,

 

I wanted to make you aware of the OA Special Issue appearing in Coastal Management Journal, which the OA Alliance was invited to guest edit.

“Ocean Acidification: Insight for Policy and Integrated Management,” includes four peer-reviewed articles and two essays covering technical, social, and policy issues around OA action and management and is now available open-access.  

Importantly, the article, Opportunities for U.S. State Government and In-Region Partners to Address OA Through Management and Policy Frameworks inventories state-level actions to date in preparing for OA. This work was in part informed by efforts in Maine, and MOCA and the Maine Climate Council are described as a case study within the article.
