> Hello, Here I have a rare Sears FF/18 Garden tractor Built by
Roper in 1981. These were built to compete with John deere's 400 back
in the 80's. Unfortunately low sales numbers caused an early cease in
production in 1983 making them almost impossible to find today.
Standing for "Fully Featured"/ 18 Horsepower, These Garden
tractors got the best equipment, These were available in 18, 20, and
24 horsepower form. And all machines featured a shaft driven Eaton-11
2 speed Hydro transmission, with an auxilary hydraulic pump for
attachments. This tractor has hydraulic lift for a belly mower,
snowblower, etc. And this tractor is also set up from the factory for
Cat. o attachments. The engine is currently removed from the tractor.
It needs work from sitting. My plans were to do a diesel repower. It
has factory 6 lug wheels up back with 26'' rubber. I also have a spare
set of rims with lugged tires, and an additional rear end to got with
it. I really don't want to part with it because of its rarity but I
would like to trade it for a sears GT/19.9 suburban garden tractor for
my collection. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I am not
always around the phone so email is best. Thanks for taking the time
to look!
