I do this now at work (have done it for over a year).  except it's 1 hour of work at a time with 15-30 minutes of surfing the web or playing a game on addictinggames.com, perusing failblog.org or holycrapthatsfunny.com, or wow forums, or dubbing on facebook. i got the suggestion from a study in....i think china.....where they used napping in the middle of the work day as a refresher, and there were some additional related links on the side where i found something similar to this idea.

makes working way less stressful and relaxing. and instead of smashing your face on the keyboard with frustration from work, you're smashing it on the keyboard because the worlds hardest game is so fucking impossible. no. seriously. try it. you'll want to punch yourself in the face after dying 500+ times. and the music. is. epic.
