to Maine Sacred Harp Singings
Hi folks.. here's late notice that we will be singing at the
Bath Library Park Gazebo again this coming Sunday Aug 15th from 2:00 to 5:00.  I'm also posting a notice here below, for Cheri Haire, of a brunch this  Sunday morning from 10:00 to 1:00 at Cheri's house at 9 Briarwood Lane in Portland.

***SEE COVID RULES BELOW***
Potluck brunch and singing out of any book or sheet of shapenote music you bring! This singing is not ideal for new singers, but I welcome anyone who wants to sing. Parking info will be posted as a map closer to the date. Accessibility info: there is a small step to get in the apartment and a flight of stairs to get to the bathroom. We have a cat who will hide most of the time. We do light incense on occasion.
COVID rules:
1. Everyone must be vaccinated to come to my house. I will ask at the door. If you are too vulnerable to get one you should not sing with me, as I have access to too many people to be a good choice.
2. Everyone will wear a mask in my house and while singing under my tent. I have 5 mask frames you can borrow to put under your mask to avoid mask in the mouth problems while inhaling. I will sanitize the frames before and after the singing. There are also singing masks out there, or I got my plastic frames from Amazon.
3. Food and singing will be outdoors under my pop up tent. While masks are off please use social distancing, even though we are outdoors. Clearly if you are in pod with someone at the singing you may be close to them without masks.
