The family of Everett Leighton has requested the PGR Stand in Honor of their Hero.   Mr. Leighton served in the US Army in Vietnam. He was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries sustained in a mortar attack, and spent 3 years in a military hospital recovering from his wounds.
