Per Administrative Bylaw 3.F., I am bringing for this General Consensus proposal on behalf of Sacramento by Night. This proposal will autopass after one week unless there are objections.

I, Chris Foster, Council Member for Sacramento by Night, hereby propose that New Haven by Night (Chico, CA) merge with Sacramento by Night (Sacramento, CA). The game created by this merger will remain Sacramento by Night under the administration of the current Sacramento by Night storyteller team and Council Member.

The New Haven by Night game has conceded that it cannot meet regularly due to site issues and player schedules.The ST staff and player base of New Haven by Night has been consulted and has decided in majority that a merge with Sacramento by Night is best for them.  Most of the active New Haven by Night players sign into and physically attend Sacramento by Night on a regular basis. This action will assuage concerns regarding the live action participation of the New Haven by Night player base in One World by Night.

Sacramento by Night will take jurisdiction over the New Haven by Night Character Database, Chronicle Territory, plots and NPCs and will insure story continuity for their players.
