Per Coordinator bylaws
3.C.III
- Genre Coordinators must pass before
Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named
characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they
can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and
these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately
into discussion.
- If
no opposition is voiced during the week of
discussion, the proposal is considered passed and
enforceable. Once passed these are considered
binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal
to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary
measures. Opposition must be in regards
to the content of the proposal and must give those
reasons why the objection is voiced. This is to allow Coordinator's
the opportunity to respond and/or make
changes/remove the proposal and its contents.
I
hereby propose to reduce the Rarity of the Kindred of
the Ebony Kingdom from 2/3's to Coordinator approval for
PC's and NPC's
This
would move this specific legacy from RnU Classification
3.B to RnU Classification 3.E.
NOTE:
Any Akunase approved will be required to conform to
the Humanity/Path rating as per the norm for western
kindred. Upon leaving Africa the Magic of the Aye and Orun
are lost until their return.Â
The
teaching and learning of Abombwe is
already separately Coordinator approval.
Rationale:
As these are the greatest nomads of the KoE, it only
reasons they would be the first to explore out beyond
Africa. With the constant turmoil, war, and the rampant
spread of the Ebola virus and terrorism - taking to the
winds to possibly find a better location to feed and learn
without the perils there in Africa is looking better and
better. High populations of immigrants and refugee's in
major population centers throughout the World would make a
safe - if temporary nest for these nomads to study and
learn the ways of how some of their distant tribesman may
now live.
Clan
Disadvantage: In
OWBN the clan weakness the Akunase will receive a
beast trait local to where they are residing every 60
points.Â
Thanks,
Luke
