I, Jessica Karels, as Head Coordinator for One World By Night, propose that the recently passed amendments to Administrative Bylaw 5 regarding mandatory chronicle dues(http://www.owbn.net/votes/83552) be made enforceable for 2014 with the following provisions:

 

• The deadline for payment of 2014 dues is December 1st, 2014.
• Donations made on behalf of a chronicle for 2014 will be applied to the dues requirement (example: if a chronicle donated $15 for 2014, then that applies towards their dues and they only need to pay an additional $5).

Based on discussions with our Web Coordinator, we are at the point where we need to acquire a virtual private server (VPS) for website and email hosting before the end of the calendar year.
