Hi everyone!

This is the new Anarch packet up for vote. It did not autopass due to objections to the Anarch status, lack of female notable NPCs, and mechanical benefits for having status, position, and/or faction membership.


Please let me know what you think. Feel free to discuss, but please be civil.
