I have altered all chim combos to just say custom combos. Scourge of thrall, nightmares curse, and craft emphera will remain coord approval as they are already in the bylaws. I also left (instead of removed) combo/discpline techniques that require chim for non ravnos to keep the ones that are already regulated for non Ravnos regulated, but will leave the currently non coord approval combos for ravnos as they are.

I William Lee, Ravnos Coord, Hereby propose the following Amendments.

Per Coordinator bylaws 3.C.III

Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures. Opposition must be in regards to the content of the proposal and must give those reasons why the objection is voiced. This is to allow Coordinator's the opportunity to respond and/or make changes/remove the proposal and its contents.

 

Also please excuse my bad grammar and sentence structure. I went to college for numbers.

 

I will give brief reasons why! First, I spaced on the revision and forgot to alter the regulation of Chimestry combos, but I believe they should be coordinator approval.

 

Second Ravnos players. The 11th generation experiment produced 2 Ravnos players. Obviously wasn't very helpful because most cant get into play in a Camarilla game as a strait unaligned. In this case, this frees up the generational requirement (for those of you who are bad boys and girls who eat people), and allows for play in the Camarilla/Anarchs.

 

Why not remove the regulation on changing from Independent as coord approval? Because I don't believe some things should be in the Camarilla, namely path dead Eastern Paradox vampires. This way I can approve things as independent that I know will stay that way without approval from myself/future cords.

     Sub section to this: The regulation of eastern paradox was a stepping stone to lowering the approval. This way someone cant make a non Indian Ravnos who for all intensive purposes a Indian Ravnos, and playing word games to skirt the bylaws. Western Paradox is supposed to be more common in the new world, and I leave approval of that on to STs.

 

Also, as Gypsy and Indian Ravnos will remain coordinator approval, I have removed the need for American to be in the title.

 

 

First, the removals!

I propose the removal from Coordinator approval bylaw 3.E.1:

-Ravnos PCs lower than 11th gen/or member of Sabbat/Camarilla/Anarch

 that are pre week of nightmares

-Post week of nightmares, Independent 11th generation or higher Ravnos

 

 

 

Now... the additions!

I propose the addition of the following to Coordinator approval bylaw 3.E.1;

-Custom Discipline Techniques and combination disciplines which require Chimestry as a pre-requisite.

-Pre Week of Nightmares Ravnos
