MEGUG/ GIS Educators Conference- Register Now, Free for Teachers & Students!

The Maine GIS User Group invites you to join us for our Fall Annual Meeting and Educators’ Conference on Friday, November 9th, at Bates College in Lewiston.  Register TODAY at www.megug.org.  We have an exciting agenda with two tracks, one for educators and one for GIS.  We cover topics on municipal government, 3D data, ArcGIS Pro, Global Mapper and Web Apps.  

Sessions include a "getting started" workshop for educators and folks who would like to help infuse geospatial technology into education, as well as topics of interest to seasoned GIS educators.

The conference will include a student poster competition. Students of all levels are invited to submit a poster no larger than 44" X 44" highlighting a GIS project. There will be awards for K12, undergraduate and graduate categories. 

Students attend for free!
