Dear Colleagues,
The Maine GIS Educator’s Conference is being held in conjunction with the Maine GIS User’s Group Winter Meeting on on Friday, October 20th, at the Spectacular Event Center in Bangor. We have a great line-up of talks and hands-on workshops of interest to educators and students of all levels. The event will run from 9:30 – 4:00.
The conference will include a student poster competition. Students of all levels are invited to submit a poster no larger than 44" X 44" highlighting a GIS project. There will be awards for K12, undergraduate and graduate categories.
Students attend for free!
We have a limited number of scholarships for teachers, and .
