Undergrad GIS Scholarship- Deadline Extended!

Dear Colleagues,

Please share this opportunity with your students! The Maine GIS User Group board has extended the deadline for applications for the Angela Stokes Scholarship to April 14th.

The purpose of the scholarship program is to encourage and support students to undertake and complete commendable GIS projects. The scholarship is a memorial to Angela Stokes, a previous winner of this scholarship who passed away February 1st, 2006. Maine GIS User Group (MEGUG) hopes to make one $1,000 scholarship award annually available to any qualifying Maine college or university undergraduate students.
