Downeast birding festival trips August 13th-15th

Hi all,

The Cobscook Institute is hosting birding trips and nature talks from August 13th - 15th in Washington County. Birding trips include a tour around Machias Seal Island (no landing on the island) from Cutler to see nesting Atlantic Puffin and other alcids; a boat ride through Head Harbor Passage from Eastport to search for Bonaparte's gulls, little gulls, and other seabirds; and a shorebirding trip at the South Lubec Sand Bar.  Volunteer guides include Doug Hitchcox, Woody Gillies, and myself.  For more info, please visit this link:
