Brooksville 50+ Common Mergansers

Wow
This morning I watched a phalanx of 50+ common mergansers feeding in the Bagaduce river.   We have had them for a week or two but I have never seen this many at once.  Quite exciting.   We also have Hooded Mergansers now and countless Robins.  Here comes Spring!

I just counted about 80 in the Kennebec River near the Richmond bridge.
