Just saw 3 turkey vultures soaring over the Maine turnpike at exit 25.
Are they now overwintering here?

In Vickery's Birds of Maine, he says, "Wintering vultures first found along coast in 1980's" and then goes on to list inland records in the 1990's. 
So, I'd say yes!
