Awesome weather at the Point today. Days like this, are my favorite this time of year. Windy conditions there usually bring in Gannets & Kittiwakes. And I do not see either often. Found the lee on the NW side of one the smaller buildings in front of the lighthouse. There I could actually keep my binocular level. Over 20 gannets and almost as many kittiwakes counted in 40 minutes. All flying low and south down the coast. None up. Great experience and observations.
