Probable Western Kingbird in Scarborough

Someone just posted in Maine Birds FB grp. a photo of a kingbird at her feeders, but it a little grainy and far to tell exactly what it is.  Does look like a Western Kingbird from colors and shape, but don't see any gray on the upper breast.  Could just be the way it's sitting.

Still coming to the feeders in Oak Hill.  Definately a Western.
