White eyed vireo

Tonight around 5:30 I found a white eyed vireo along the eastern prom trail, right across from the waste water treatment facility. Unfortunately after being flushed I was unable to relocate the bird, it flew into another tangle along the trail and then I believe I saw that same bird exit and head down the hill towards the train tracks and the water. I know Louis Bevier reported a white eyed vireo on Bailey Island on the 17th, could this be the same bird?
