I just found a Female NORTHERN WHEATEAR at Parsons Beach Kennebunk. There are six or seven parking spaces at the end of the beach road, otherwise park north of Route 9 and walk down (.5 miles).
Facing the ocean the bird was just to the left of the main beach path (past the rules sign) between the path and the mouth of the river. Perching in stone cairns and dune edge.

Still present as of 10:50! The bird was first hopping around on the stones to the right, then as I left, it moved back to the side of the beach towards the river.

Three of us looked between 7:20 and 8:30 Tuesday morning. No luck.
