Watched him on the fire escape from around 1:15 to 1:20. He then flew onto the Frontier roof edge for a bit and then toward the Cabot Street side of the building. Lost him after that.

Still here as of 3:30. In the far northwest back corner along the river. Going back and forth between Qi Dow ledges and chain link on the upriver side of the dam. Offering g good views and was joined by a palm warbler for a bit as well.
